The Pack, known for its blend of self-defense training with strength and conditioning in a group fitness format, has signed its first franchise expansion agreements.
The deals secure commitments for 18 units to be distributed across two key markets: eight in Northern New Jersey (Hudson and Bergen Counties) and ten in South Florida (Miami and Palm Beach Counties).
“We’re incredibly excited to bring The Pack to Northern New Jersey and South Florida, two markets that align perfectly with our vision for the brand,” said Stenzler. “These initial territory deals represent an important step in our expansion, and we’re focused on partnering with operators who understand how to deliver a premium, high-energy experience in their communities.”
The Pack‘s creators include Rumble co-founders Noah Neiman and Andy Stenzler, along with founding partners in longtime NFL star Russell Wilson and singer-songwriter Ciara. Its unique group fitness concept has generated strong early interest from potential franchisees, entrepreneurs and experienced multi-unit operators, according to the brand.
The Pack’s franchise system will be built around a structured, trainer-led class format with its proprietary combination of strength training, cardio conditioning and striking-based self-defense called “Street Defense,” designed to engage members with physically demanding workouts that are highly repeatable across locations.
The brand offers three franchising options to fit different sized formats that allow flexible scaling across a range of real estate properties, both domestically and internationally.
Pack Lite: Designed to operate within approved third-party facilities such as gyms or training studios, featuring approximately 30 training stations in spaces around 1,500 square feet that do not require a dedicated lease.
Pack Studio: A full standalone location operated in a dedicated leased space, with approximately 45 training stations across roughly 3,000 square feet, and includes retail sales of branded merchandise and apparel.
Pack Flagship: The brand’s largest format, with up to approximately 60 training stations in spaces of 5,000 square feet or more, featuring premium build-outs, amenities such as locker rooms and showers, bleacher seating and enhanced retail offerings.
“The level of interest we’ve seen since launching franchising has been incredibly strong, and these first deals are just the beginning,” Neiman said. “We’re looking forward to building out these territories and introducing The Pack’s unique training experience to new markets.”
The Pack first announced its plans to franchise earlier this year, with its sights set beyond its New York City flagship and goals of a global franchising platform.
