A premium club calls for premium equipment.
Holmes Place, an upscale club operator with locations in Austria, Germany, Greece, Portugal and Switzerland, has inked a deal with Precor to upgrade its 12 clubs in Portugal.
Precor, Peloton’s commercial equipment subsidiary, will replace the cardio equipment at Holmes Place, adding its 800 Line, a range that spans treadmills, stair climbers, ellipticals, adaptive motion trainers and bikes featuring 22″ and 16″ connected touchscreen consoles.
“We’re proud to partner with Holmes Place in Portugal to support their continued growth
and innovation,” said Precor president Ean Reves. “This partnership reflects a shared commitment to delivering reliable, high-performing fitness environments and providing operators with solutions they can depend on every day.”
The high-end equipment joins Holmes Place’s other premium offerings, including Turkish baths, EGYM AI training and Pilates reformer classes. Precor’s cardio equipment will also integrate with fitness tech brand EGYM, so members can access personalized workouts and Cardio BioAge assessments.
The announcement was made at this month’s FIBO 2026 in Cologne, Germany.
“Precor was selected for its quality, reliability, ability to fully integrate with EGYM, along with features such as PrecorCast and best-in-class cardio products including treadmills, ellipticals, and adaptive motion trainers,” Holmes Place Portugal CEO Sofia Sousa said.
The Holmes Place rollout fits Precor’s broader strategy, which kicked off earlier this year with the debut of its Commercial Business Unit at HFA Show 2026, as it looks to equip luxury gyms, residential buildings and hotels.
