The Italian fitness and wellness company posted 14.1 percent growth, with gains across commercial and consumer segments and strong performance in the Americas
Technogym reported strong first-half results for 2025, with revenue rising 14.1% year over year to €458.8 million (approximately $500 million), driven by double-digit growth across both commercial and consumer channels.
The Italian fitness and wellness company posted its strongest performance in the Americas with 20.2% growth, along with solid performance in Europe, the Middle East and Italy, driven by higher sales volumes, a favorable product mix and cost optimization.
Retail sales jumped 48.4% in the first half, making it Technogym’s fastest-growing channel, driven by its expanded footprint and improved productivity, according to the fitness tech leader.

“Following a strong 2024, Technogym continued to grow in the first half of 2025,” Technogym CEO Nerio Alessandri said. “Wellness, health and the pursuit of healthy longevity have become increasingly central priorities for people, as well as for companies and governments.”
He added that despite ongoing geopolitical uncertainty, Technogym remains focused on advancing wellness through “360° innovation,” pointing to its ecosystem of AI-powered equipment, personalized training content and precision programs.
Earlier this year, Technogym opened a new headquarters in Jersey City, New Jersey, as part of its effort to expand in the U.S. market, an area Alessandri considers underserved when it comes to health, fitness and mental well-being.
“In 2025, we continued to scale our AI-based offerings globally – including Technogym Checkup and Biostrength – while investing for long-term growth,” he said. “Notably, we launched new products such as Technogym Reform, which allows us to enter Pilates, a fast-growing discipline worldwide, and Artis Luxury, designed to bring a new level of differentiation to the premium segment.”

With several initiatives on the horizon, including the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Games, Alessandri added that the company is well-positioned for continued momentum.
“We look to the future with confidence,” he said. “Technogym remains committed to creating long-term value for all stakeholders contributing to healthy longevity across the globe.”
At the 2025 Athletech News Innovation Summit, Alessandri challenged the fitness industry to move beyond buzzwords and deliver tangible impact. “We don’t need storytelling,” he said during a fireside chat at the summit. “We need storydoing.”

He outlined a vision embedded in design, data and purpose, supporting what he called “an aspirational approach” to preventive health using Technogym’s trillions of data points collected across its ecosystem. The data, he said, not only delivers personalized workouts, but can predict health risks and drive long-term behavior change.
Technogym is expected to launch its eco-conscious Pilates equipment for both commercial entities and home fitness enthusiasts later this year.
