Stakt is looking beyond the yoga mat — literally.
The wellness brand has launched an adjustable weighted vest, priced at $158, as women’s strength training continues to grow and weighted vests are shaping up as one of the year’s breakout wearable fitness tools…the kind that even earned its own cut-for-time “Saturday Night Live” sketch.
Stakt’s new patent-pending vest is adjustable from six to eight pounds, allowing wearers to modify weight as needed. The vest features a washable zip-off liner, adjustable shoulder straps and a mesh pocket for essentials.

“Building strength is one of the most powerful things you can do for your body, and a weighted vest is one of the most effortless ways to do so without adding time to your day,” Stakt co-founder Millie Blumka told Athletech News.
Much like Stakt’s foldable mat, which was featured on ABC’s “Shark Tank” in 2022 and named one of Time’s Best Inventions of 2023, the weighted vest came to fruition after the two founders couldn’t find one that met their standards, Blumka said.
“Just like our other products, the Stakt Adjustable Weighted Vest was designed to inspire movement with functionality at the forefront,” Blumka said. “You can throw it on and every walk, class or errand counts for more.”
The new vest joins Stakt’s other offerings, which include soft, silicone-textured weights featuring a space-saving design, a Pilates ball, resistance bands and other wellness lifestyle accessories.
