Extraordinary Brands has established an exclusive partnership with real estate firm Morrow Hill to drive franchise expansion
The parent company behind popular boutique fitness brands CycleBar, Rumble Boxing, Row House and Neighborhood Barre has just entered an exclusive real estate deal with firm Morrow Hill, known for its franchise tenant representation.
Extraordinary Brands will leverage the partnership for its club expansion efforts, as Morrow Hill supports its market strategy, site selection and lease negotiation.
“Extraordinary Brands is creating meaningful fitness experiences that genuinely connect with people,” said Morrow Hill co-founder Jonathan Hill. “By pairing our tenant representation expertise with their inspiring vision, we’re setting the stage for sustainable growth across the country.”

Through the exclusive partnership, both companies are betting big on the growth of boutique fitness, with eyes toward significant franchise development.
“Working with Morrow Hill gives our franchise partners confidence that they’ll have best-in-class real estate guidance every step of the way,” said president of Extraordinary Brands, Lou DeFrancisco. “Their understanding of franchising and market dynamics makes them an invaluable extension of our team as we strategically expand nationwide.”
Extraordinary Brands just recently acquired Rumble and CycleBar, with the franchisee revealing to Athletech News that it plans to stabilize both brands by working closely with existing franchisees to standardize business fundamentals and cultivate a culture of open communication.
