Just six months after launching its franchise network, Red Light Method has sold more than 61 units nationwide, with more deals on the horizon
Power Plate, the vibration training brand owned by Performance Health Systems, has found a prominent place in the growing footprint of Red Light Method, a wellness studio concept founded by Club Pilates creator Allison Beardsley that combines medical-grade red light therapy with whole-body vibration.
The brand recently opened its fourth and fifth locations in Oro Valley, Arizona and Montgomery, Ohio, and has sold more than 61 franchise units nationwide in just six months.
“We’re thrilled to be able to bring the transformative power of Power Plate to Red Light Method, and to be working alongside Allison on this innovative journey,” Performance Health Systems CEO Lee Hillman said.

Clients can expect a fast, feel-good transformation, with each visit to Red Light Method kicking off with a 25-minute red light therapy body contouring session. From there, it’s straight into a 15-minute Power Plate whole-body vibration class. The experience wraps with a 15-minute Pilates Reformer workout.
The method promises a high-efficiency wellness experience that blends red light therapy, vibration training and Pilates into a compact 55-minute session designed to support body contouring, reduce pain and inflammation and enhance overall well-being. The wellness franchise highlights benefits such as improved circulation and muscle tone, increased energy and support for recovery and mobility.

“Power Plate is an incredible wellness catalyst that helps people move better, feel better and live better,” Beardsley said. “Its integration into the Red Light Method delivers amplified results in less time, which is exactly what wellness consumers are looking for.”
