Workout like an A-lister: a new six-week challenge pulls from Aniston’s life-changing Pvolve workout

Pvolve is off to a strong start in 2025 with “Strength Redefined,” a six-week challenge modeled by Pvolve devotee and brand ambassador Jennifer Aniston’s personal fitness program.

Running from January 6 through February 17, the challenge features the workouts Aniston credits for achieving her strongest self. Participants will tackle four new workouts each week, which tap into Pvolve’s three signature class types under the guidance of Aniston’s training team, including NASM-certified Dani Coleman, Pvolve’s training director.

“This challenge was so much fun to create because it reflects what Jen and I do in our sessions together,” Coleman said. “Jen is so strong and has continued to get even stronger, so we are thrilled to give members a first-hand experience of how she trains. We hope this challenge motivates the community to start the new year strong, get moving, and stay accountable.”

A highlight of the challenge is Pvolve’s Progressive Weight Training class, which has become a member favorite amid a growing interest in strength training.

“Adding Progressive Weight Training was exactly the push I needed as I advanced in my routine with Pvolve,” Aniston said. “What makes it unique is how it blends Pvolve’s signature dynamic movements and emphasis on mobility, stability and balance with heavy weights. Since adding it to my workouts, I’ve watched my entire body transform, plus I love that I’ve built up the strength to pick up heavier weights over time.”

Hailed as one of 2025’s top fitness trends, strength training has rapidly emerged as the answer to enhancing longevity, improving bone density and counteracting age-related muscle loss — particularly for female fitness consumers.

“The research is clear – muscle loss is the silent pandemic of our time—it’s stealing our ability to live longer, healthier lives,” Pvolve president Julie Cartwright said. “The challenge is the perfect program for people who wish to work towards reversing this trend. It will help our members unlock their full potential, build deep strength, and redefine what it means to age well.”

An added perk of participating in Pvolve’s challenge is access to exclusive benefits from wellness partners like Trifecta Meals, Lolavie, Rosewood Las Ventanas and WeGym. Participants are also invited to join a dedicated WhatsApp community for extra support, motivation, and access to live virtual studio events.

Registration for Pvolve’s “Strength Redefined” challenge is now open.
