After last year’s hit inaugural edition, Athletech News is pleased to announce that Power Players, our award dedicated to recognizing the top executives in fitness and wellness, is back and better than ever.
Powers Players 2025 features an all-new format, a special award ceremony and even more recognition of the top changemakers and biggest names in our industry.
An Exciting New Format
This year, ATN will select Power Players across 12 distinct categories, along with a Lifetime Achievement honoree. In total, 13 Power Players will be chosen. This new system serves to recognize the unique and vital roles that different executives play within their organizations.
After the application window closes on April 30, ATN’s executive and editorial team will select four finalists from each of the 12 categories (resulting in 48 finalists). ATN will also select one Lifetime Achievement recipient.
Athletech News will unveil the 13 winning Power Players during a special ceremony to be held on day two of the ATN Innovation Summit 2025 on June 18. Each Power Player will be invited on stage to deliver a brief acceptance speech.

ATN will also be recognizing one Lifetime Achievement Power Player. This award recognizes a current or retired executive for their exceptional lifetime impact on the fitness and wellness industry (we will not be accepting applications for the Lifetime Achievement category)
