The next generation of Plunge’s flagship cold tub delivers faster cooling, enhanced filtration and integration with the Plunge App

Plunge has unveiled the All-In Gen 2, its next-generation flagship cold plunge system. Building on insights from more than 45 million plunge sessions, the California-based company re-engineered the product to deliver faster cooling, improved sanitation, smarter automation and full integration with the Plunge App.

The Gen 2 unit cools water to 37°F with 31% faster efficiency and uses 50% less energy than its predecessor, with an all-new chiller and upgraded heat exchanger. A redesigned filtration system doubles circulation power, cleaning the entire water volume every 15 minutes with onboard ozone sanitation for crystal-clear water.

The Plunge App, the App Store’s top cold plunge and sauna tracker, offers detailed session tracking, progress visualization and expert-led protocols. Users can also remotely control water temperature, automate schedules and receive maintenance reminders. Businesses can pair the device with Plunge Connect, an enterprise dashboard for managing multiple units at gyms or studios.

“Drawing on data and feedback from over 45 million sessions, we’ve dedicated the past year to developing upgrades our users value most,” said Plunge co-founder and co-CEO Michael Garrett. “The All-In Gen 2 delivers on that promise: every component is refined for daily plungers who expect colder water, cleaner cycles and bulletproof reliability, which, when combined with our app, provides the most intelligent cold therapy experience available.”
