The indoor pickleball franchise secured a deal with a private equity firm last fall as it looks to open more than 500 locations by 2029

Indoor pickleball club franchise PickleRage is adding nine new franchise locations in seven states as the indoor pickleball fandom continues.

The expansion brings PickleRage to new markets, including North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio and Texas in the following locations:

Wilmington, North Carolina

Jacksonville, North Carolina

Middlesex County, New Jersey

Centerville, Ohio

Lee County, Florida

Baltimore County, Maryland

Horseshoe Bay/Lakeway, Texas

Georgetown, Texas

Westchester County, New York

“As we continue to expand, we’re focused on creating more than just pickleball clubs; we’re building vibrant hubs where players can connect, compete, and grow,” O’Connor added. “This expansion is a testament to the growing demand for a premier indoor pickleball experience, and we’re proud to be at the forefront of this movement.”

Founded by a group of pickleball devotees, PickleRage offers a premium experience with CushionX edge courts—the same joint-friendly surfaces used by professional players at the U.S. Open—LED lighting, in-club game-enhancing technology to help players elevate their skills and an advanced reservation system.
