A supplement line from a telehealth company? Midi Health is among the first, targeting midlife health with formulas designed for women’s evolving needs

Women’s telehealth company Midi Health is expanding beyond virtual care and into the booming supplement space.

The Palo Alto-based startup, which specializes in women’s midlife health and offers hormonal therapies and GLP-1s, has unveiled its first-ever line of supplements specifically formulated for women aged 35 to 65, marking one of the first times a digital clinic has launched its own supplement line.

According to Midi, the product launch wasn’t born in a boardroom, but was driven by member demand.

“We built this line in response to direct feedback from our patients and clinicians,” Midi Health Chief Medical Officer Dr. Kathleen Jordan said. “Women told us they wanted something they could trust—not another gimmicky wellness trend, but real, clinically thoughtful support. These supplements are grounded in science and are part of our holistic approach to helping women feel their best now and far into the future.”

The telehealth company raised $60 million in a Series B funding round last April, led by Emerson Collective with participation from GV (Google Ventures), Memorial Hermann and other female-led firms.

The debut collection, developed by women’s health clinicians, includes Daily Fiber+, a gummy that supports blood sugar stabilization, digestion and cravings control, Daily Cortisol Support, designed to balance stress hormones and improve sleep and Daily Brain Boost to tackle one of the most common symptoms women face during perimenopause and menopause: brain fog.

“We know women in midlife are actively seeking ways to feel their best, but they’re often navigating a crowded and confusing supplement aisle that overpromises and underdelivers,” Midi Health co-founder and CEO Joanna Strober said. “Our new supplement line takes the guesswork out, providing high-quality formulas, designed from the ground up using data from hundreds of thousands of patient visits to address the unique hormonal and physiological shifts women experience. These products help  women feel strong, sharp, and like themselves again, with trustworthy guidance always available from Midi.”

As part of its push into personalized, midlife-focused care, Midi Health also recently introduced the AgeWell Visit, an insurance-covered service that goes beyond symptom relief to help women proactively address long-term risks like heart disease, dementia and osteoporosis.
