JetSet Pilates Unveils Miami HQ Ahead of Training Hub Rollout

Riding a 546% surge in membership, JetSet is also rolling out regional training centers starting in 2026, beginning in the Dallas–Fort Worth area

JetSet Pilates is entering its next stage of growth in the city where it started: Miami.

The boutique Pilates franchise has opened its first headquarters in the Wynwood district, unveiling a 6,000-plus-square-foot space dedicated to instructor training, operations and franchise development.

The move docks JetSet in its home market as it celebrates 15 years in business and a 546% year-over-year increase in membership amid rising demand for elevated, modern Pilates experiences.

The elevated feel is expressed in a Kobi Karp–designed headquarters that includes a reformer-equipped training zone, collaborative work areas and a studio-replica lobby for an immersive educational experience.

JetSet’s expanded Training Academy now features 16 reformers, doubling its capacity — and it’s only the beginning. Starting in the second half of 2026, the franchise will open regional training and support centers, with the first planned for the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

As CEO Bert Albertse put it, Miami remains the heart of JetSet, the place where the brand was born and continues to evolve.

“Establishing a permanent headquarters and training center in Wynwood reflects our long-term commitment to the city that shaped us,” he said. “It’s a natural extension of who we are and the energy that defines the JetSet experience.”

Notably, Miami has emerged as a standout boutique fitness market. The Fit Guide, an independent rating system that anonymously evaluates top boutique gyms and studios, ranked the sunny city among the top globally for member experience, with Pilates scoring higher there than in other major markets.

Already, JetSet says it has trained more than 500 instructors through its hands-on program, which includes pre-training coursework, in-person mic sessions and video-based evaluations with timestamped feedback.

Beyond membership growth, JetSet completed a year of rapid expansion, entering major markets including New York City, Houston and Boston while also opening its first international studio in Melbourne, Australia.

The boutique fitness franchise has also leaned into a lifestyle-driven real estate strategy, planting studios inside luxury condo towers, near five-star hotels and in mixed-use spaces. Another 15 locations are expected to open before year’s end, and additional development is underway in the U.K., the brand reports.

JetSet also expanded its leadership team this year, onboarding veterans from Flywheel Sports, Equinox, Orangetheory Fitness and Burn Boot Camp to lead marketing, operations, real estate, talent and franchise support.

“Fifteen years ago, we started with one studio and a clear vision: to build a modern Pilates experience that people feel in every part of their lives,” JetSet Pilates founder Tamara Galinsky said. “We’ve grown by staying true to that vision: movement with intention, community with depth and expansion with integrity. The new HQ is a reflection of that. Polished and design-forward, while built to scale without compromising on quality. It’s both a celebration of where we started and a catalyst for where we’re headed next.”
