The summit is scheduled for January 23-26 in Miami and will be focused on fitness, recovery and personal growth

High Performance Lifestyle Training Ventures (HPLT), a wellness community, has announced the launch of the HPLT Women’s Summit, scheduled for January 23-26, 2025, in Miami. The event is HPLT’s first women’s-only summit, an immersive experience focused on fitness, relaxation and personal growth.

Since 2018, HPLT has hosted 16 co-ed experiences in cities across the United States. “After achieving tremendous success with our 16 co-ed experiences so far, we’re excited to introduce our first all-women’s summit, marking the launch of a new experiential division within the group,” said Brian Mazza, Founder of High Performance Lifestyle Training. “We’ve received overwhelming interest from our core customers for this event in 2025, and we believe Miami in January is the perfect location to kick things off! HPLT will host two all-women’s summits per year in different locations across the world.”

The four-day retreat includes activities such as breathwork, meditation, multiple HIIT workouts, team runs and Pilates. Attendees will also participate in seminars focused on women’s nutrition, health, and wellness. Partnering brands include Layer8, Huel, Athletic Brewing, 3X4 Genetics, Quicksilver Scientific and Bio.Me .

The summit will feature a team of hosts, including 3x Olympian Katy Hoff, Women’s Health Editor-in-Chief Liz Plosser and podcast and business expert Jenn Gottlieb. Other featured speakers include Ashley Mills, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Obe Fitness, Alyse Gaulin, CEO of Own It Coaching and Dr. Yael Joffe, Founder and Chief Science Officer of 3X4 Genetics. Before founding HPLT Ventures, Mazza co-founded The Ainsworth and served as President of Paige Hospitality Group.

“HPLT Ventures specializes in investing, incubating and accelerating top CPG brands across various industries,” Mazza noted. “My experiences as an investor, entrepreneur and athlete have always centered on building communities that push boundaries. This summit is an extension of that mission, tailored to women who want to achieve peak performance while connecting with like-minded individuals.”
