HealthFitness, a Trustmark company and fitness solutions provider, has partnered with digital wellness platform FitOn Health to bring virtual fitness programs to the workplace to improve employee health, engagement and overall well-being.
FitOn Health’s app offers expert-led content across fitness, nutrition, mindfulness and sleep, designed to support employees regardless of whether they work in-office, remotely or on a hybrid schedule. According to the company, nearly half (47%) of its members report feeling more balanced, more energized and taking fewer sick days since adopting the benefit.
