Functional fitness leader F45 has launched a new initiative in the name of long-term health: National Recommit to Your Fitness Day, set for April 5—4/5—in honor of the F45 brand.
The day promotes movement alongside other key pillars of wellness, including hydration, nutrition, and setting attainable, trackable goals. To support National Recommit to Your Fitness Day, F45 Training is offering a limited-time Welcome Week Offer where new members can train for a week for $30 between April 7 and 13 at participating studios.
“At F45, we believe real change starts with a single choice,” F45 chief marketing officer Brian Killingsworth said. “National Recommit to Your Fitness Day is more than a date on the calendar, it’s a movement that brings awareness to the power of taking control of your health and inspiring others to do the same. We’re proud to lead this initiative that uses fitness as a force for good.”
The functional fitness franchisor recently announced a multi-year global partnership with Red Bull—the first of its kind for the energy drink brand. The deal sees Red Bull products added to F45 studios for sampling opportunities and purchases and gives F45 members access to exclusive events, including fitness activations from the World of Red Bull.
