The coaching company has partnered with the training facility brand to prepare athletes for the upcoming NFL Combine Training Program

Personal training company Exos has partnered with Plae, a top brand in athletic training facilities, to host this year’s NFL Combine Training Program.

From January 2 to March 2, 25 of the country’s top NFL prospects, who cannot be named at this time, will participate in Exos’ training program at Plae’s Canton, Georgia headquarters in preparation for Pro Days and the NFL Scouting Combine.

Exos, a strategic programming health and performance company, has trained over 1,000 NFL draft prospects over the past 20 years, resulting in 206 first-round picks. The brand works with various groups, from college and high school athletes to Fortune 500 companies and the military, assisting with nutrition, personal training, mental health support, and more. In September, Exos launched an initiative with INVI MindHealth in honor of National Suicide Prevention Month.

Adam Farrand, Exos’ Vice President of Sports, says this collaborative effort with Plae is the ideal training program for the incoming athletes.

“The NFL Combine is a pivotal moment in an athlete’s career, and our goal at Exos is to ensure they are fully prepared to perform at their best,” Farrand said. “This partnership with PLAE exemplifies the gold standard in athlete development, combining cutting-edge training with decades of coaching expertise. Together, we’re setting the stage for these athletes to accelerate their careers and make their mark in the NFL.”

Plae specializes in designing premium training facilities for athletes. In July, the company was chosen as the official gym equipment supplier of the Australian Olympic team.

“At PLAE, we’re committed to creating environments where athletes can perform at their absolute best,” said CEO of Plae Brett Waits. “Partnering with Exos to host the NFL Combine Training Program is a natural alignment of innovation, performance, and opportunity for these rising stars.”

The group of prospective draft picks, which includes the Heisman Trophy runner-up, have begun their 8-week training in preparation for the NFL Combine which will take place from February 27 to March 2.
