The latest Even Hotel in the Miami market offers wellness-focused amenities like in-room fitness and recovery zones
Even Hotel Miami-Doral opened to guests this month, expanding IHG’s wellness-centric hotel brand with a second location in the Miami market.
The 125-room hotel, located at 10770 NW 25th St. in Sweetwater, is owned and developed by ASI Diaz Doral Investment Group and managed by Buffalo Lodging Associates. The concept is part of Even Hotels, a brand launched by IHG in 2012 to cater to health-conscious travelers looking to maintain their fitness and wellness routines while on the road.
The new property features in-room fitness zones or recovery spaces, a 24-hour gym equipped with cardio, strength, and yoga equipment, a pool, ergonomic workspaces with complimentary Wi-Fi and wellness-centered dining options.
“At the Even Hotel Miami–Doral Area, wellness isn’t just a feature; it’s a philosophy woven into every element of the guest experience,” ASI Global Group president Luis Prado said. “After a challenging yet rewarding development journey, we are thrilled to finally open our doors. This milestone would not have been possible without the dedication and support of our incredible team. We’re proud to introduce a property that will stand as a landmark in the area and a valuable addition to Buffalo Lodging’s growing portfolio. The best is yet to come.”
The latest hotel comes as wellness continues to reshape hospitality strategy. According to RLA Global’s 2025 Wellness Real Estate Report, hotels with strong wellness offerings are outperforming peers in top-line revenue, driven largely by non-room ancillary spend.
