ElevateOS, a tech platform serving luxury multifamily properties, is expanding its wellness concierge services across the U.S., tapping into growing demand for on-site fitness, recovery and lifestyle programming. The new offering brings professionally led group classes, such as yoga, barre, Zumba, HIIT, Pilates and boxing directly to residents, elevating wellness as a core amenity rather than a bonus feature.
The move comes as wellness-driven real estate becomes a key differentiator for developers and leasing teams hoping to attract (and retain) health-conscious tenants seeking community, convenience and a more holistic approach to well-being.
Currently supporting over 800 properties and 200,000 residents in 230 cities, ElevateOS offers app-based tools for booking services like massages, organizing events such as “Barre & Brunches,” and managing everything from RSVP tracking to post-event cleanup, streamlining operations while enhancing the resident experience.
