FitGrid is deepening its partnership with Bodybar Pilates, expanding its client retention platform to support all 54 studios—and future locations—as the upscale Pilates franchise gears up for rapid expansion.
Powered by AI, FitGrid goes beyond client retention to support acquisition and community building through its Voice of the Customer surveys, which help studios gather post-class feedback, gain valuable client insights and collect instructor-specific responses. FitGrid’s Data Diagnostics tool, meanwhile, arms studios with performance metrics, helping operators spot trends, uncover hidden opportunities and hone in on areas of improvement.
