Aletha Health’s new online course equips fitness and wellness professionals with tools to relieve muscle tension, enhance mobility and improve client results
Aletha Health, known for the Mark, its patented hip hook that serves as an iliacus muscle release tool, is expanding into practitioner education as it looks to scale its drug-free, mobility-focused pain relief model globally.
Founded in 2019 by physical therapist Christine Koth, Aletha Health has introduced a new web-based course, Intro to Aletha Health: Foundations for Practitioners, designed for trainers, coaches, therapists and movement specialists looking to expand their skill set with techniques that target muscle tension and improve client outcomes. The 30-lesson curriculum is self-guided and accessible on both desktop and mobile devices.
“After decades as a physical therapist, I saw firsthand how overlooked muscle tension was often the root of persistent pain,” Koth said. “I created the Aletha Health Foundations for Practitioners Course to fill that gap, giving professionals the tools to release tension at its source. By equipping practitioners across disciplines with these techniques, we’re extending our mission to deliver simple, effective, drug-free solutions that improve mobility, relieve pain and support long-term well-being.”
The course is priced at $199 and includes a complimentary digital copy of Koth’s book, “Tight Hip, Twisted Core – The Key to Unresolved Pain.” Certified fitness professionals, group exercise instructors and personal trainers are also eligible for continuing education credits upon completion.
The launch comes as Aletha accelerates its growth strategy. The company has sold more than 600,000 products globally since launching in 2019 and expanded into India earlier this year.
