The collaboration brings affordable, expert-led resistance Pilates classes to Daily Burn’s platform

Daily Burn, a digital fitness and wellness platform, has announced a partnership with Corefirst, a Pilates company focused on providing accessible resistance training. The collaboration aims to address barriers such as high costs and limited access that have traditionally limited participation in Pilates.

Pilates is known for its potential to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. However, fewer than 5% of the population currently engages in the practice. Corefirst’s patented resistance tools and training programs are designed to reduce the financial and logistical challenges associated with traditional Pilates equipment and classes.

As part of the partnership, Daily Burn will offer a series of resistance Pilates classes featuring Corefirst’s instructors and equipment. These sessions will be available on Daily Burn’s platform, providing users with the opportunity to practice Pilates from home with modifications and progressions suitable for various fitness levels.

“Corefirst is dedicated to making Pilates more accessible,” said Jeff Huling, CEO of Corefirst. “Working with Daily Burn enables us to reach a broader audience and provide a welcoming environment for people to explore resistance Pilates.”

Nathaniel Cohen, CEO of Daily Burn, added, “The collaboration brings a new dimension to our content library, offering affordable and approachable Pilates training to our community.”
