The Upper East Side boutique hotel unveiled a 24-hour Technogym fitness center, along with portable in-room training kits and an exclusive penthouse training room
Luxury New York City hotel The Mark is upping its fitness offerings, leveraging a new partnership with Technogym, including a private training room in its penthouse suite overlooking Central Park and private in-room training options.
The Upper East Side hotel is also unveiling the new 24-hour Technogym fitness center on its second floor, featuring the supplier’s Italian-inspired Artis Line of connected equipment. Taking advantage of the upgraded tech, guests can now personalize their workouts, utilize AI-guided programs or choose from a library of on-demand classes from strength and HIIT to mobility, Pilates and yoga.
The fitness experience extends to guests who prefer training in their own rooms and suites. The Mark will offer the Technogym Case, a portable fitness kit stocked with premium training equipment and guided virtual workouts accessed via QR code.

For those with access to the penthouse suite, a private Technogym training room features the brand’s Personal Line, an exclusive collection of home-fitness equipment that includes the Run Personal, Bike Personal and Cross Personal, made from polished aluminum and tempered glass, and equipped with touch-screen displays and integrated speakers.
Anyone staying in the penthouse can also use the Kinesis Personal functional training system, which features a three-panel, steel-mirrored wall to help users check their form.

Fitness-conscious guests have the option to book private, personalized sessions with the hotel’s in-house fitness trainer, Dan Flores, as well.
The Mark is making serious investments in fitness and wellness beyond the partnership — the Penthouse terrace is home to a newly installed cold plunge, while 2026 will see the debut of a spa in the hotel as well.
The NYC destination is among many luxury hotels placing a bigger emphasis on fitness and wellness as guests show increasing interest in their health while traveling.
