Guests at The Manner SoHo can now unlock ClassPass credits to book fitness, spa, salon and lifestyle experiences during their stay in NYC
Hyatt’s Manner SoHo hotel just gave its guests something new to unpack: ClassPass credits.
In its first move into hospitality, the platform that popularized fitness class sampling is teaming up with the new 97-room boutique hotel in downtown Manhattan, where guests can unlock up to 20 ClassPass credits at check-in and top up throughout their stay to book fitness, spa, salon and lifestyle experiences across the city.
The collaboration marks one of ClassPass’s first moves under its new parent brand, Playlist, which unites ClassPass, Mindbody and Booker under one banner and was revealed this past summer.
Once known primarily for discounted boutique fitness bookings, ClassPass has taken strides to evolve into a global platform for holistic wellness, offering everything from recovery and beauty treatments to concerts.
The deal with The Manner builds on ClassPass’s recent collaborations with AMC Theatres, where users can redeem credits for 2D movie tickets at participating locations in select states, and with WeWork, which lets members use credits to book workspaces across more than 100 locations in New York City, Miami, Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Boston and Washington.
The partnership also comes at a time when travelers are increasingly looking to weave fitness and wellness into their itineraries, seeking ways to stay active and recharge while on the road.
“At ClassPass, we’ve always believed wellness should meet people wherever they are,” Playlist CEO Fritz Lanman said. “Our partnership with The Manner represents the next step in bringing that vision to life—where ClassPass isn’t just something travelers bring with them, but something seamlessly woven into their stays.”
Amar Lalvani, Hyatt president and creative director of lifestyle, said The Manner’s partnership with ClassPass builds on its multi-faceted approach to hospitality.
“This partnership with ClassPass deepens our commitment to a guest experience that supports well-being in every dimension—physical, mental and emotional—all delivered with the same intentionality and elegance that define our spaces,” Lalvani said.
