From the active aging population to fitness first-timers, Burn Boot Camp’s “Proud” campaign invites everyone to find pride in their own journey

Burn Boot Camp is widening its lens beyond the typical boutique fitness demographic with a new brand campaign that celebrates strength and resilience at every age.

The group fitness franchise has launched its “Proud” campaign, a movement celebrating not just physical performance but also mental and emotional strength.

The campaign features real members, including Bonnie, 78, who credits strength training with helping her maintain bone longevity; Amanda, who has completed more than 50 Camps and found a sense of community; and Anna, a mother of young children who is building stamina so she can keep up with her kids.

“Strength looks different for everyone,” Burn Boot Camp co-founder and CEO Morgan Kline said. “For some, it’s lifting heavier than they ever thought possible. For others, it’s being present for their family or setting an example for their kids. We want to inspire people everywhere, not just inside our gyms, to pause and reflect on their own journey.”

The campaign follows Burn Boot Camp’s 28-Day Strength & Conditioning Challenge in August, a $79 program to inspire members in building confidence and resilience through approachable training. The initiative was informed by a survey conducted by Burn Boot Camp and Talker Research, which found that 43% of women have never lifted weights at the gym, and among those who have, 55% reported feeling intimidated.
