The activewear brand is using gStore to streamline replenishment, boost per-store sales and improve in-store visibility across its North American locations

Fabletics is rolling out GreyOrange’s gStore SaaS inventory management app at over 100 stores in North America, aiming to enhance in-store execution with real-time visibility and task automation.

The tech-forward activewear brand, known for its VIP membership model and omnichannel fulfillment, has already deployed the system at 74 locations. Using RFID-enabled data and smartphone alerts, gStore helps store associates locate misplaced items, replenish low stock and streamline floor operations. Since launching the platform, Fabletics has seen fill rates climb to 95–97%, eliminated manual cycle counts and increased per-store sales by up to 20%.

“Our teams now instantly know what inventory is missing and where, so we always have the appropriate stock in the right place to generate the most sales,” said Ron Harries, SVP, Head of Retail at Fabletics.

Next, the company will use gStore to enable store-to-store inventory transfers, ensuring products are always positioned where they’re most likely to sell.

“Once retailers have real-time visibility, the game changes,” added Troy Siwek, General Manager of gStore. “It’s about unlocking more sales and running a sharper operation.”
