ClassPass Bridges Work & Wellness in New WeWork Partnership

The deal reflects the subscription platform’s push to offer hybrid flexibility beyond fitness and wellness

ClassPass is expanding beyond fitness studios and spas and into flexible office space.

The lifestyle app, best known for providing users with access to boutique fitness and wellness experiences via subscription, has formed a global partnership with WeWork that enables members to use credits to book workspaces at select locations worldwide.

The partnership comes as hybrid workers prioritize spaces that offer more than utility, seeking places that enhance connection, energize and inspire. More than 100 WeWork spaces in cities such as New York, Miami, Chicago, London, Sydney, and Singapore are now available to ClassPass users, each offering premium amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, lounges and on-site support.

The news follows ClassPass’s recent announcement that it will operate under a new parent brand, Playlist, alongside Mindbody and Booker. The name reflects the company’s mission to serve both businesses and consumers across fitness, wellness, spas and salons.

“As of May 2025, we’ve seen a 44% increase in ClassPass reservations over the last 12 months, which tells us that consumers are eager to engage with in-person fitness and wellness experiences—not just because some formats are hard to replicate at home, but because they are seeking out community,” Playlist CEO Fritz Lanman said. “Partnering with WeWork is a natural extension of our commitment to making holistic wellness more accessible. We’re providing our users with the flexibility to seamlessly integrate work and wellness, whether they’re traveling, working remotely or simply needing a change in environment during their week.”

The collaboration is equally strategic for WeWork, according to WeWork CEO John Santora.

“Together with ClassPass, we’re excited to offer remote and hybrid workers access to the workspace, events and resources they’re looking for with the flexibility they need,” Santora said. “Our top priority at WeWork is empowering individuals to work when, where and how they’re most productive. This partnership deepens that commitment by uniting our premium workspaces with ClassPass’s wellness offerings to deliver a unique solution that meets workers’ needs for flexibility, community, and wellness.”
