Human performance company Momentous has launched The Women’s Three, a foundational supplement protocol tailored specifically to female physiology. Developed in collaboration with renowned exercise physiologist and nutrition scientist Dr. Stacy Sims, the launch is part of a broader initiative, Change The Ratio, through which Momentous is committing $500,000 to fund research and product development focused on women’s health.
Women are consistently underrepresented in research, particularly related to health and wellness. According to the National Library of Medicine, only 6% of published sports and exercise science studies between 2014 and 2020 focused exclusively on women. Momentous aims to change that by partnering with leading institutions to fund studies that center on female biology and needs.

We’re committed to changing that, starting with inclusion by design.”
The Women’s Three bundle includes Iron+ with Vitamin B complex to support red blood cell production and energy levels, Calcium for bone, muscle, and nerve health, and Vitamin D3, which supports skeletal, muscular, cardiovascular, and immune function

In 2023, Momentous hosted a Capitol Hill briefing to advocate for better support for female service members. That same energy now powers Change The Ratio.
