With Foodie now live, Flykitt is setting its sights on launching Flow, an on-demand tool to help travelers manage stress, sharpen focus and stay balanced

Flykitt, best known for helping wellness-focused travelers combat jet lag through its app and patented supplements, is expanding into nutrition with a new AI-powered tool: Foodie.

The latest offering delivers nutritional intelligence on the go, enabling travelers to analyze restaurant menus and receive personalized recommendations tailored to their dietary preferences, such as high-protein, plant-based, seed-oil-free, low-carb, low-sugar, or managing food sensitivities or restrictions. The app also considers regional food preparation to create a “Foodie Score.”

“Eating well is key to feeling great and staying fit, but finding healthy food while traveling takes a lot of work that most people don’t have the time or patience for,” Flykitt founder and CEO Andrew Herr said. “This is even harder when traveling abroad, as most people aren’t experts on regional dish variances, hidden ingredients or practices common in commercial food preparation.”

Foodie, Herr says, takes all of that into account and adds decades of nutrition optimization expertise for travelers.

“It uses the most advanced technology in the world to comb through menus in whatever neighborhood you’re in, from London to Tokyo, to find the healthy meal options that fit your individual needs without time-consuming research,” he added.

Foodie is available for $9.99 per month.

Last month, the company introduced Flykitt Fit, which lets travelers visually scan any gym to generate a custom workout based on available equipment instantly. Users answer questions about their fitness experience, goals and amount of time available and then Flykitt Fit creates custom workouts based on activity type (strength, HIIT, mobility, travel recovery), energy levels and even sore muscles. Users can also upload videos to receive real-time form feedback.

Looking ahead, Flykitt is soon releasing Flow, an on-demand stress management tool designed to sharpen focus and regulate the nervous system through breathwork, meditation and movement.
