The Met Gala 2025 was on Monday night in New York City. Here’s a look at more attendees, including Rihanna, Zoe Saldaña, Janelle Monáe, Aimee Lou Wood and Jenna Ortega.
The annual event raises funds for the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. The Met Gala 2025 celebrated the Costume Institute’s new spring exhibition Superfine: Tailoring Black Style. The dress code for Monday night was Tailored for You.
Several major stars attended the event, including Zendaya, Demi Moore, Cynthia Erivo, Nicole Kidman, Ayo Edebiri, Lizzo, Tyler Perry, Cardi B, Madonna, Chappell Roan, Walton Goggins, Pamela Anderson and Lupita Nyong’o.
Vogue fashion legend Anna Wintour served as the chair for the event, while film and television star Colman Domingo, race car driver Lewis Hamilton, musicians A$AP Rocky and Pharrell Williams were the co-chairs.
NBA star LeBron James was an honorary chair for the event, but wasn’t able to attend becasue of a knee injury.
