Sauna therapy franchise Perspire Sauna Studio is expanding its footprint in California following four separate franchise agreements that will deliver 13 new infrared and red-light sauna studios across the state.
The new locations will add to California’s 17 existing Perspire Sauna Studios.

California is where we started 15 years ago, and it will always be the heart of our journey. We’re proud to continue growing our roots in the place that started it all.”
Behind Perspire’s San Diego plans is Jing He, a first-generation American from China who has inked a 3-unit deal with the sauna franchise and Kiki Barnes, a former Perspire employee, who will add five studios to the area.
“After leaving that busy lifestyle behind, I decided to focus on my passion: optimizing the health of myself and my family,” Barnes said. “Coming to Perspire to relax and detox from daily stress plays a huge part in that goal. After working as an employee for a few months and furthering my knowledge about the benefits of infrared saunas as well as the business side of Perspire, I’m excited to build my own portfolio of studios and help more Californians maximize their health journey through the use of infrared saunas and red-light therapy.”
As for the Los Angeles area, Daughters del Fuego LLC signed a 3-unit development deal, while another agreement was inked in North Carolina by a longtime fitness instructor who will launch two Perspire Sauna Studios in the San Francisco Bay area.
While Perspire grows in California, its also set its sights on Colorado, where the sauna franchise will open seven studios in Colorado’s Boulder, Parker and Fort Collins area.
